Donuts 2Go TERMS & CONDITIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations are subject to the owner’s discretion. Our products are made using high quality ingredients and NZ sourced. Each of our products are hand-made individually, by us to your order and details agreed on order confirmation/invoice.

Allergens
All products may use or have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soybean derivatives, eggs, wheat gluten, milk, and other allergens.

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY All pre-orders require full payment at the time order is placed. Pre-Orders must be made at least 12 hours before requested pickup time. ***** ALL ONLINE ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 5PM THE NIGHT BEFORE YOUR ORDER DATE***** All pre-orders placed on the current day before 5pm will be available for pickup the next day and beyond. For example, if you are picking up your donuts May 18, be sure to place your order by 5 p.m. on May 17. Orders are only confirmed once we have contacted you. All Orders are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND CAPACITY ON THE DAY Please make sure you email address and phone number is entered correctly and full names included. If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you using the phone number or email you have given us. If you are looking to pick your doughnuts up sooner then 24 hours, please call the store directly. There is a minimum order quantity of 12 (One dozen) donuts per order.. All Pre-Orders orders placed on the ‘current day before 5pm’ will be available for pickup the next day and beyond. Orders placed after 5pm will not be processed before 1pm the next day. Pre-Orders placed after 5pm will be handled and process on the following business day. We always do our best to accommodate orders past the cut-off time,but it is not always possible. We hand-make our donuts daily and our staff needs time to produce simply the best donuts! The minimum order amount is $24. The maximum order is 5 Dozen Donuts. If you would like to place an order for more than 5 dozen donuts please phone (Large orders rerquire 3 days notice). NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA VOICEMAIL OR E-MAIL AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A CONFIRMED ORDER. We accept pre- orders up to 2 weeks in advance.

 

PICK UP POLICY The earliest scheduled pickup times we can accommodate are 8:30am. Bring your confirmation email to Donuts 2Go the next day to pick up your order. We are only able to accommodate pick-up orders during the following times: Available Pick Up Times: Thurday – Saturday (Closed Mondays Tuesdays & Wednesdays) Thursday: 8.30am–2pm Friday: 8.30am–2pm Saturday: 8.30am –2p. Pick Up address: 189 Waterloo Road Hornby, Christchurch IF ORDERS ARE NOT PICKED UP WITHIN ONE HOUR OF SCHEDULED TIME, Donuts 2Go RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL ORDER. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PRE-PAID ORDERS NOT PICKED UP.

 

 

DELIVERY POLICY Deliveries are available for PRE-ORDERS ONLY and must be placed 1 (one) days in advance. Deliveries are available for PRE-ORDERS ONLY and must be placed 2 (two) days in advance. Deliveries are available within a 20Km radius of the Donuts 2Go location (189 Waterloo Road Hornby). All deliveries must be for a minimum order of One Dozen (12 Donuts). All deliveries are subject to a delivery fee depending on location, distance and time. Please make sure that someone is present to receive your donuts at home. Otherwise we can leave it outside your doorstep/ somewhere secure outside your house (Please leave instructions at the MESSAGE area of the order form) Our delivery zone is a maximum of 25km radius from our bakery and delivery charge is calculated once we have received your exact delivery address. Starting price is $5 and increases with distance. Our preferred method of payment is via EFT in advance of delivery, by 5pm the day before.

 

LARGE ORDERS For orders of two dozen or more, please allow 24 hours notice and for orders over five dozen please allow one week for scheduling.

 

PAYMENT POLICY All pre-orders require pre-payment and must be made at least one day in advance. Online Invoice will be sent to your email address and requires payment 24 hours before the delivery date. Once your order has been received, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. This can be paid either by credit card or with a PayPal account. Invoices must be paid at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery is scheduled.   All invoices can be paid over the Internet by clicking the “pay invoice” button in the email. All orders sent will be confirmed by email. Once we have received your order request we will first confirm your order by sending you a payment invoice. All sent invoices can be paid over the Internet by clicking the “pay invoice” button in the email that we send you. Invoices must be paid at least 12 hours before delivery is scheduled. Our preferred method of payment is via EFT in advance of delivery, by 5pm the day before.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled pickup time to receive a refund. We have a 12-hour canncellation policy so plan accordingly! If you cancel your order less than 12-hours in advance, you will still be charged in full. Orders must be cancelled within 12 hours of scheduled pickup time to receive a refund.
